The Colorado Springs Police Department Impound Lot does not allow third party participants (insurance adjusters) to enter the lot.
Starting 1 July 2023, the Impound Facility will no longer accept checks of any kind. We will continue to accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The Impound Facilty is closed the 3rd Thursday of each month. No storage fees are charged on closure dates.
The Impound evidence technicians are most often on the lot escorting tow drivers or at the window assisting customers.
